Leading the Way Home: Realtor Rebecca Celli
Your Realtor Lobbying for All Home Owners
I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Champions of Home Ownership conference in Washington, D.C. As a realtor, this served as a fantastic opportunity for me to participate in and directly affect the home buying process. I concentrated on four major objectives.
- Lobbying for debt forgiveness.
- Listening to the concerns of legislators.
- Spreading the word about your home owner rights.
- A discussion on the right to preserve Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac services.
With more than 75 million homeowners in the United States and millions of renters who one day might purchase a home, it is important that professionals in the industry be involved in changes to policy that affect you.
I saw this event as an opportunity to be the voice of reason for the American homeowner. There are a lot of people who don’t care about the rights of home owners. As a realtor, I feel that my involvement in these details gives my clients a sense of security. I want my home buyers and home sellers to be completely taken care of, even if they don’t understand all of the real estate concepts.
“By working as an advocate for my clients to fulfill their real estate goals, I am able to enhance the entire community – before, during and after the transaction.”

I am now a proud member of the Century 21 Fine Homes and Estates global network of realtors and brokers. While formally with Coldwell Banker Previews International, I earned several honors, including the President’s Award.
